SITE Council Decision Making Process
Consensus is the goal when making any Core Impact Decision or Comprehensive Impact Decision. All parities or constituent groups (Staff/PTA/Parents/SIT Team) should reach consensus if possible on the decision. If no resolution is possible with one of the groups then the SIT Council's consensus decision will be implemented.
