· What does the SITE Council Do?
The SITE Council serves to promote the improvement of education for Fidalgo's Students. Its focus is school improvement. The Site Council is responsible for overseeing, developing and evaluating Fidalgo School's Improvement Plan, building budget, programs and curriculum, and staffing needs.
· Can I submit an item for the SITE Council to review?
Yes, and Fidalgo School constituent can submit and item for the SIT Team to review. You may pick up a form in the office. (See open meetings)
· How do I find out about what the SITE Council has been doing?
Minutes of meetings are posted in the staff room and are available at the front door of the school in the display rack. School newsletters will highlight Council activities. Minutes are posted on this web site.
